Real and True: Hope for the Restless Heart is a must read! When I started reading Real and True I couldn’t put it down. Mother and daughter wrote this book together and communicate in a way that is relatable to all ages. It is full of quotes, graphics, and song lists that one can continue to refer back to on a regular basis. It is also a great book to use as a devotional. I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend this book.

Easy to read and profound at the same time. The chapters are appropriately subtitled “Thirsty for _____”. Each reveals a feeling, longing, doubt, insecurity we all experience and how the solution can always be found in His perfect love. We don’t realize we’re thirsty until we pause to drink. Written by a mother and her daughter, it is appealing across generations. Sit in a quiet place and drink in this book.

I felt as if Linda and Chloe had been reading my mind and my heart as I read chapter after chapter. Written with soul-baring honesty, they captured my questions, my pain, and my longings. Their two voices from different perspectives and generations present the same answer to each question and longing: to know Him Who created us and loves us with a relentless passion. And His voice seals each chapter – how better to know and become involved with Someone than to know, from Him, what He thinks?Their words from their experiences, God’s words to us, the graphics, and the playlists make this a book that truly has something for everyone, whether you are a type of visual or auditory learner.

Meet the Publisher
I've been around Christian publishing since 1987 when I helped our ministry self-publish an important resource for Vietnam veterans and their families. That book went on to be picked up by a royalty publisher and has since sold over 250,000 copies with a million in print.

Are you eager to write your first book? Perhaps you’ve launched one book but have an idea for a second or a third. If you’re uncertain what the next step looks like on the path from concept to completed manuscript, we can help.
Our Jumpstart! class explores subjects such as finding inspiration, sorting through ideas, how to begin, using personal examples, writing a powerful opening, avoiding writer’s block, and other useful topics. It will orient you toward publishing success.
Please join us for this friendly, informative four-week clinic, where aspiring and established writers receive warm, online professional group coaching to help them get started.
Okay, you’ve got a book underway, or your idea is at the ready. Excellent! But sometimes, as you write, you wonder, is this going any place? Am I doing this right? Maybe you have writer’s block or would like professional guidance and encouragement to help you progress through your manuscript.
We can do that!
Our six-week program consists of the coach and the author putting their heads together and taking the book from the idea, or beginning, stages, through a completed framework for the book. The coach guides the author through each week’s writing and preparation and returns the author’s submission with thorough, encouraging, and detailed notes. The following day, the coach and author meet online or by phone to discuss the week’s work, clarify anything that needs explanation, brainstorm solutions, and build the author’s confidence.
We like to make custom recommendations based on your manuscript and message, so it helps us to learn more about you and actually review the manuscript in order to come up with a publishing strategy.
