Liz Holtzman is an educator, intercessor, speaker, and author who has participated in and led prayer groups for over forty years. She taught early childhood special education and served as classroom assistant and substitute teacher during her teaching career. Mentoring student prayer groups and participating in Moms in Prayer groups refined her passion for practical teaching about prayer. She lives in Redmond, Washington, has two adult children, and is recently retired. She serves on the board of the Northwest Christian Writers Association and is the author of Proven Character: Praying for Our Children.
