About the Author

Miss Tammaney has been teaching children for over 40 years.  She and her husband, David, have raised two daughters and have taught children’s church classes together for the past 10 years.  Her educational background includes music education and early childhood degrees. She has owned and operated The P.L. A. Y. House, a teaching studio, for twenty-two years, teaching the full curricula of Kindermusik, preschool, and Pre-K classes, numerous summer arts and science camps, and several girls’ Bible based workshops.  Miss Tammaney and David serve and have traveled to Liberia with Live 2540, a nonprofit organization committed to the restoration of hope and health for the abused and abandoned, the hungry and the sick.
