Description

A new baby is on the way! But just what is happening while it grows inside Mommy?

This love song from a mother to her preborn baby takes children and parents on a fun-filled—and factual—journey through pregnancy. Using comparisons to fruits and vegetables, Fruit of Our Love traces baby’s development from barely-there “poppy seed” to “watermelon” ready to meet the world. Cheerful rhyme describes how baby grows eyelashes and eyebrows, blinks in the dark, and bounces to the beat of Daddy’s singing.

And as the forty-week journey draws to its exciting end, young children anticipating a new sibling will be gently reminded of how they came into the world amid the same love and joy, reassured of their place in their expanding family.

Well written with great illustrations. The children will be able to visualize “how” small or big they were in their mom’s belly!

Meet the Publisher

I've been around Christian publishing since 1987 when I helped our ministry self-publish an important resource for Vietnam veterans and their families. That book went on to be picked up by a royalty publisher and has since sold over 250,000 copies with a million in print.

I'm glad you're here…stop by often and take advantage of all the information we make available.
