Karen "Joie" Casey

Karen Casey is a multi-award-winning certified wedding planner with over twenty-five years’ experience who has transitioned her event-creating skills to the moment-making marketplace. She is the author of several published articles and guest columns, and a legacy line of commissioned Moment Marker books. A grits-eating, etiquette-loving Southern woman, Karen was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. She and her high school sweetheart, Mike, have been married since her teen years and have three nearly perfect children and eight grandly perfect grandchildren. She enjoys playing the piano, reading, sewing, crafting, and making conversation-starting pom–poms.
