Your Words Matter

Writing Wise: Your Words Matter

By May, it’s easy to question whether your words are making any difference.

The writing may feel slow. The response may feel quiet. You may wonder if anyone is truly being impacted by the message God placed on your heart.

But faithfulness is never wasted.

Every truth written, every story shared, every honest word offered in obedience has the potential to reach farther than you can see. God often uses faithful words in unseen ways by planting seeds, encouraging hearts, and reminding readers they are not alone.

Your words matter because God can use them to bring truth, hope, and healing to someone who needs it.

You may never fully know the impact of your writing this side of heaven. But that doesn’t make it small. Keep trusting. Keep writing. God is working through your faithfulness.

Journaling Question

When you feel discouraged in your writing, what helps you remember that faithfulness matters more than visible results?
