The Freedom Challenge For Men: 60 Days to Untie the Cords that Bind You
About The Book
DESTROY STRONGHOLDS and be free of past hurts and destructive emotions—and live life as God intended.
After Paul Damon read his wife’s manuscript for The Freedom Challenge, he was convinced he needed her book—as well as every other man struggling with cycles of pain and defeat. So together they crafted a powerful resource to guide men through eight areas of spiritual struggle—cords that strangle life and vitality from a man’s soul, like deceptive self-talk, fear, depression, toxic mindsets, and debilitating lies, among others.
The Freedom Challenge for Men is a sixty-day Bible study designed to help you find freedom and emotional healing from destructive thought and behavior patterns unique to men. Through a daily intentional and interactive process of putting God’s Word into practice combined with challenging questions and guided confessions and prayers, you’ll learn how to destroy strongholds and live free of past hurts and destructive emotions.
This practical resource will transform your mindset and give you a fresh beginning and clear direction for a positive future—so you can soar into life as the man of God he created you to be.
Take the Freedom Challenge and become an active participant in your own emotional and spiritual transformation.
Your source of freedom is knowing and believing God’s truth—about who he is, what Jesus accomplished on the cross, and your identity in him.
